  • A non-refundable booking fee of £50 is required to secure your booking. Booking fee will only be refunded as detailed in the full terms and conditions.
  • I will endeavour to accommodate requests to reschedule a photo shoot due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • A parent or guardian must be present at all times when photographing children. The parent or guardian is responsible for the safety of the child during the session.
  • Strictly no photography or filming to take place during the session aside from Wendy Gill Photography, including the use of mobile phone cameras.
  • Wendy Gill Photography shall be granted creative and artistic licence in relation to the choice of poses used. Wendy Gill Photography’s judgement on photographic style and the number of photographs taken shall be deemed correct. Some photographs may not be possible due to the availability and willingness of subjects. Wendy Gill Photography will do their best to honour requested photographs but cannot guarantee any specific picture nor incorporate any specific background or group arrangement.
  • I aim to have your proofs gallery ready to view within 14 days of the photo shoot.
  • If you, or any child or other attendee, breaks or damages in any way any of our equipment and/or property you understand and accept that you will be fully liable for the cost of replacing such equipment/rectifying such damage.
  • Full payment is required upon placing an order (Pay in 3 may be possible through Paypal. Paypal Pay in 3 is eligibility is subject to status and approval)
  • The copyright of digital photographs purchased is always retained by Wendy Gill. Sale, publication, or any other commercial use is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of the Photographer. Digital images purchased are strictly for personal use only. This includes use on personal social media platforms.  If a photo subject to this Contract is published it must have a caption crediting the Photographer. The Client agrees that they will not alter the Photographer’s photographs that are posted in a public manner or on the internet. The Client is responsible for any family member or friend who posts any photos subject to this Contract online and agrees that they shall not be cropped, edited or altered in any way without express permission from the Photographer.
  • Wendy Gill Photography cannot accept any responsibility or liability for colour balance or quality of any prints reproduced from the digital file that is supplied to third party printers from high street or online photo processing shops.
  • We reserve the right to use all photos we capture as part of the services for our advertising and promotional purposes. This shall include, but is not limited to, within our studio, any brochure, leaflets, other literature, inclusion on our website, galleries, competitions and social media. No photographs of a child under the age of 18 will be used in this manner without the consent of their legal guardian (a model release form will be available for signature on the day of the photo shoot).
